I wish there would have been any. NO PROS

Cons

1. The Company Owner is a shop owner. He deals with people like labor. 2. He keeps reminding you that he is the one paying you and how he can destroy your career in a moment. 3. The hiring and firing are his favorite games. 4. He is unethical too. He shows fake data to his clients, putting guns on employees' shoulders. 5. He himself doesn't know about marketing, as he only knows about putting offline banners. 6. Even if you are dying he will call you to do his work. 7. Sick leave/ personal leave or any kind of leave does not exist for him. If you are not going to office, your full day salary will be deducted point-blank.

Pros

There is potential growth of an employee but surrounding factors curb it.

Cons

The employer fires people without giving any first/last warning. They won't even give you a notice period of 15 days or atleast a week but will tell you on the last day. The place is also not safe for girls as I faced mental harassment here. They treat employees rather badly and underpay them. My experience was quite disturbing.
