RecommendsNeutral OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at 360i full-time for more than a year
Pros
Good benefits, interesting clients, fun people. We get unlimited PTO and people do actually use it, haven't run into any stigma against taking time off as needed on my team.
Cons
Definitely a lot of office politics at play, but since starting WFH last March, it's been easier to ignore. Can be hard to get your name out there for recognition if you're not working on multiple accounts.
