Pros
Best place to level up. Clear career progression defined by skill set competency. Endless opportunities to acquire new skills. Management really invests heavily in your development, but also allows you to progress at your own pace. Great salary with yearly adjustments based on a clearly defined skill set progression and additional responsibilities.

Great atmosphere in company overall and in my specific team. Company makes sure that employees are felling great, transparency from management, nice offices, good salaries, plenty opportunities for self improvement.
Cons
Wolt/Glovo choice of restaurants is rather limited in Kranj offices. No significant cons detected.
