Half the job IT and Half Security with big responsibilities
Cons
Horrible shift / on call hours, underpaid, pays for training and most likely return of 75%, unfriendly and noisy environment, industrial area, affecting social life, exchange of experience / knowledge for mechanical / hard tasks on the job

Salary is too low for 48hr working week and 12 hour shifts No structure No teamwork Little information sharing Training has to be paid for if you leave Not valued employee Everything doesn't work properly
