      Training is paid for There is a toaster, free coffee and energy drinks Toilets don't smell

      Cons

      Salary is too low for 48hr working week and 12 hour shifts No structure No teamwork Little information sharing Training has to be paid for if you leave Not valued employee Everything doesn't work properly
