I worked at 7 for All Mankind full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Employee discount. Dog friendly Fridays. Great location at The Row.

    Cons

TOXIC. Reading the reviews for 7FAM and Delta Galil, you’ll consistently see this descriptor, it is unfortunately 100% true. Employees here are some of the brightest I’ve worked with, but the good rarely last more than a year before jumping ship. Turnover is terrible, and it does not help that leadership stress hires instead of taking the time to vet candidates for a good fit. In less than a year I’ve seen multiple positions turn 2-3 times. The saddest part is that leadership is so toxic it inherently breeds competition to not be on your boss’s “crap list”, so employees (who in normal circumstances would respect each other and be highly collaborative) are constantly throwing each other under the bus in order to get the target off their own back. Does not help that all divisions are in desperate need of new systems, yet held accountable as if all info/data/reports were easily accessible and automated. There is a nauseating amount of time wasted doing manual work that would be automated in any other business of the same size/scale. New CEO is trying to make a dent in recouping the company culture, but everyone is jaded due to the fact that problem leaders will probably outlast another CEO leaving, so no one believes change will come. Great brand with a great history, hoping they’ll be able to right the ship, but not holding my breath.
