      Salary will be good at the beginning only.

      Cons

      As soon as you join within few months you will get lead position and it is not because of your talent, they trick you to work for more hours . If you don't believe you can see more people leaving out of company often and also just ask with your colleagues how many years they are in the company if you have joined.
