Pros: You will be given full responsibilities to handle, but nothing as per your plan goes to action

1. Initially when you join you would see many employees leaving or getting fired. 2. They make you work 14 hours to 18 hours a day. 3. Even if you work, they blame you for no reasons. 4. Worst management i Have ever seen in my career 5. When you are fed up and put down your papers, a new drama would start from the Lady Director. She is the king of politics worst management
