- No place to go if there is anything bothering you. Few HR involvement. Company is driven based on favorism. -Old culture is promoted. Most Experienced people feel superior and let you down most of the time so I you are someone who likes to be treated equally, dont go there. - Forced OT at pay 1.25 time with no ot pay for first 4 hours. With OT you make less money but you are required to do OT on management decided days. - Most people gossip about each other there. Big issue about. - Employer survey is a joke. None action taken for concern regarding employee but but company's profit, they make you work like slave or threaten your job.
