      Hourly pay is good but no overtime rate

      Cons

      Manager announced he was leaving 30 seconds after welcoming me to the company. Vehicle keys going missing so the finger of suspicion started being pointed at certain team members. Had my appearance for wearing tailored shorts judged in front of other team members which left me feeling degraded as i had not been issued uniform or was made aware of any dress code apart from being clean and tidy by the Company Production Manager who was standing in. Not bothered about people, customers or doing the right thing.

      Impossible targets upper management don’t listen or care about there workshop staff people running some sites have no experience or have no idea what there doing high staff turnover
