Most staff were a joy to work with, Abl are a supportive and caring company who are personable and will go out of their way to help you and your circumstance.

Cliquey, Pay does not reflect the job, If your face fits, too much gossiping, no people investment and then complaining when things don't work out/scrambling to fire fight, Unmanageable workloads often requiring you to work way beyond contracted hours, Management doing several jobs which had nothing to do with management which could be done by staff, lack of trust in staff, lack of investment in training. Management ( At all levels) need to stop swinging their d**** and agree on what works best for the company to succeed, The list could go on forever but my fingers ache.

Lots of emails and teams chats can feel quite suffocating at times however we are transitioning away from this so again the views have been heard and we are making a positive change
