Thank you for your feedback and for recommending ALPLA as an employer. We totally agree that we attach high value to an open-minded and innovative work culture that allows diversity and new ways of thinking. Using the latest technologies and reaching our employees fullest potential by encouraging and enriching them every day has allowed us to grow constantly over the last decades. In 2010 we had for example just about 500 employees, in the year 2014 we reached 1000 and today ALPLA is proud of having employed over 1150 people. However, we are very cautious about not overpopulating plants in order to avoid possible lay-offs. Instead, building a strong and stable team that works together on a long-term basis has always been the focus of ALPLA.
