      Pros

      Company with a can-do attitude. A site that takes pride in maintaining a representable workplace and giving people the opportunity for a healthy work life balance. A very diversified customer base with large global and local names in a range of industries from underground mining to aerospace and nearly everything in between. Great learning opportunities for staff who want to gain exposure to a wide range of industries.

      Cons

      Location is more suitable for people who prefer outdoor activities over traffic jams and constant rush. Access to suitable candidates sometimes difficult due to location. Not as regimented and process driven as large scale manufacturers.
