- Big name - Big Clientele

- No one wants to take an ownership - There’s no support from anyone, no management - They lied about the position I will be working on, and then did not provide any support and kind of threatened me to keep working on it or leave the company.

Good working hours are the only thing I can think often

There are too many to count. In short this place is a NIGHTMARE. - micromanagement - unnecessary aggression - pathetic leadership - non existent top leadership who are on leave for 80% of the time - nasty rude and stupid leadership - petty politics Mark my words, you’ll deeply regret joining this company! If you haven’t run far far away!

AMS apart from India team is a great organisation .

Cons

Your growth is directly proportional to the amount of relationship with senior leadership and management. Senior leader has no work apart from creating issues for people who are not pleasing them. HR team is a puppet for the management to create some issues if the senior leaders are not kept happy.
