      Pros

      There is no pros in this company. Just internal politics,oiling and buttering.

      Cons

      The entire management is full of fake people's, there is no room for hard working and dedicated working people's. Those who does oiling and buttering will only survive in this company. There thousands of companies in NCR region which are far more better.

      Pros

      Teammates are very supportive. Great packages. Team in US is very supportive as well.

      Cons

      Work environment is very Toxic, gull of internal politics. Management demeans employees in front of everyone. No written policies, whenever they feel can change the policies as per their convinience because there is nothing "in written". No proper structure for complaint management. No team for "POSH". No transport, No night shift allowance, No Broadband reimbursement. Few employees are so much overburdened. Management asks people to work on weekends as well without any extra pay because you're working from home.
