Work environment is very Toxic, gull of internal politics. Management demeans employees in front of everyone. No written policies, whenever they feel can change the policies as per their convinience because there is nothing "in written". No proper structure for complaint management. No team for "POSH". No transport, No night shift allowance, No Broadband reimbursement. Few employees are so much overburdened. Management asks people to work on weekends as well without any extra pay because you're working from home.
