Pros
Had a good Office Manager who was caring and colleagues were nice. 5 day break at the end of the year.
Cons
Bosses preach a lot about well-being and care but worked an intern even though he was suffering with Covid and Bedridden for the sake of a project. Bosses tend to lovebomb new employees until they're comfortable then start neglecting and even having occasions of verbal abuse and gaslighting. Very low pay and ridiculously low increments. Late nights and weekends. Low work-life Balance all masked as "training"
