Pros
I honestly can't think of any. I left after three days. A learning experience in seeing how not to treat your workers.
Cons
You're in for a truly miserable experience. This company will literally ship you off for months at a time when they say it's only going to be a few days or weeks. The best part is that they don't supply you with a company vehicle or a rental car so you'll be walking around just to grab a bite to eat or anything else you might need. You're expected to Uber everywhere or be picked up to do installs. When I inquired why we're not supplied a rental car management stated that this is not daddy's trust fund. Well he's right it's more comparable to a homeless shelter. You're also only allowed a 30 minute lunch. How do they expect you to walk down the street get food and eat it and then walk back within 30 minutes? Also be prepared to basically live with your boss and coworkers. You'll see each other all day and even sleep in the same hotel with each other sometimes they even make coworker share hotel rooms to save money. Did I mention that I worked over 40 hours in just three days before I left? You'd be better off working at McDonald's in taking this job.
