It is a small and intimate work environment that is conducive to learning and actually getting work done as the red tape that is found in many larger agencies is alleviated by the casual tone in the office. Day to day schedules are very flexible and center around project timelines versus a standard 9-5 set up with the capability to work remotely. Because of the close knit dynamic in the office, you work closely with the COO, President, and other senior researchers, gaining strong mentors by default. Due to the full service nature of the agency, opportunity to learn and execute an array of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies/approaches, providing a plethora of career growth opportunities for each individual employee. Accelerant has also built a diverse client base, allowing for exposure across a variety of industries.

Projects have a lot of a lot of variety (client base covers lots of industries and the firm is full service), so work is interesting/good opportunity to learn new techniques/skills. You can sort of pick your path/grow expertise of your choosing. Seasoned teammates are very good about mentoring/ providing opportunities to grow skill set. Hands on learning. Pay is good/above average.
