      Pros

      The job itself is a lot of fun, I love working with people and helping them find the perfect rental. Access is one of the only companies I have worked for where I feel valued and that my feedback is heard and implemented.

      Cons

      No health benefits, but we do get a great bonus at the end of the year!

      Great office culture, flexible with scheduling, and upper management is passionate about fostering each employee's personal growth within the company!

      Cons

      A potential con is - depending on how you look at it - no matter what job role you have here, the workload has tight deadlines to work within so you have to be the type of person who thrives under pressure.

      Pros

      The people that work here are amazing and have become a second family to me. I loved that they were willing to teach me as i went and allowed me to grow within the company. Overall working at Access has been one of the best decisions I have ever made.

      Cons

      It is a very fast paced job and you must be willing to put in time and effort; but anything that is worth your time should be!!
