Pros

Having a separate team for each type of work, along with proper coordination among all the teams, makes the work easier. The best thing about this is that the accuracy of the work is maintained, and at the same time, due to the separate teams, mutual understanding also remains good.

Cons

Personally, I haven't felt anything like this yet.

Pros

The ability to work from home was nice. My schedule was flexible, which allowed me to achieve a work-life balance. My team was generally very pleasurable to work with.

Cons

I really did not appreciate the micromanagement. During my employment, we downloaded software that tracked your mouse and keyboard movements. We were told to keep this number above 50%. That's great unless you are doing any work (meeting, reading) that would lower this score. My scores and updates were audited weekly, which felt very draining. I would have much preferred receiving a set number of hours each week without this software. Ultimately, there was a lack of stable hours. Although I understand that outsourcing is common practice, I felt underappreciated when watching more and more positions being outsourced. In fact, each month we needed to report if we thought any of our tasks could be outsourced. The company response to this would probably be "we just want to make sure your skills are being put to use" but these tasks were NEVER replaced with other work. Not sure if this was a management or company-wide issue, but the stress became overwhelming and I swiftly left.
