The working being done at Acurable is making a real impact on people's lives. Being a small company means you can clearly see how the work you are performing is going to impact both the company and patients.
Cons
Because it is a small team, you will often find yourself doing work outside of the job description you were given however, it means that every day is different and you never stop learning.

Pros
Acurable is a small company full of people who want to have a positive impact on society. The fact that we are at a critical stage of development for a startup means that even the smallest tasks are important, giving value to the work we do daily. As a graduate, I get to interact with people with much more experience than me every day, providing an amazing opportunity for personal and professional development. This is particularly true because everyone is very generous with both their time and knowledge, meaning we all help each other out if someone needs to get a fresh perspective on a task or wants to discuss something with the team.
Cons
The fact that it is such a small team means you cannot hide behind anyone else and have to stand by the work you have done, so there is no space for trying to avoid responsibility. Everyone, from graduates to the CEO have to do a bit of everything, so you might get stuck with some of the more tedious tasks sometimes.
