Pros

Flexibility, not demanding, easy, has a coffee shop inside the main building

Cons

HR is mediocre. They talk a big game about culture but do not live according to the values they say matter. They also do not do a good job of maintaining confidentiality around people’s identities (ie. Immigration status, gender identity). Leadership is not good at leading and making sound decisions. Lots of stagnancy and slow bureaucratic decision making. There were co-workers and leaders who should not be in their position so it’s definitely hard to get rid of incompetent and mediocre workers.
