Fantastic energy and team culture. The owners are hands on and work closely with all teams. A lot of support and everyone champions each other

In the past 5 months a lot of new staff have been onboarded creating a new dynamic. There are lots of opportunities within the company, senior members of staff are approachable and listen to employees ideas and suggestions. The office is in an open plan warehouse with hot desking and hybrid working. There is a good social vibe and the company is trying to encourage social activities and hosts events regularly each month.
Cons
The office can get chilly! Not great supply of meeting rooms.
