The leadership team is truly commendable, especially Miguel Hablutzel and Will Ledesma. Their depth of knowledge, experience, and willingness to share insights create a very positive learning environment. It’s both inspiring and rewarding to work with leaders from whom there is so much to learn.
Cons
In some cases, challenges at the management level can arise when leadership feels threatened by the capabilities of their team members. This may result in limited opportunities for growth and an overemphasis on internal politics, which can ultimately hinder organizational progress.
