      Benefit for those who stay nearby office, get cash in lieu for transport

      Cons

      1. Poor management Mostly female managers which are too proud for their role 2. Stretch Work is so poorly managed that everyone has to stretch 80 percent of the time 3. No employee value Managers do not cooperate, are rude and no respect to the lower level 4. Paid transport 5. Poorly maintained washrooms 6. Forget your bonus if you deny to stretch or come on weekends

      Pros

      On software development company is good.

      Cons

      They hired me for Rotational shift and for the past 1 and half year i am working in Night shift, for the last three years NO APPRAISAL and NO HIKE for all the BPO employees !! (Freeze on Salary), This is not informed when i joined to the company.

      - Work 14/16 days a month on a 12 hrs shift. - Cab facilitiy - Shift Allowance - HR team is very much responsive.

      Cons

      - Bad organization of Cabs facility. - No hikes and no promotion since 3 years. - You won't learn anything, coz no skilled people around although some are called Leads. - Team members are very very bad. - Facility are not up to the mark. - No recognition for hard work.
