Pros
- Projects with latest technology and growing sectors such as IoT, Devops, Cloud, Storage, Medical, Machine Learning, Embedded, Artificial Intelligence etc.
- On the job learning is there
- Work life balance. No one expects you to work over the weekends or more than 9 hours.
- Safe for women employee(s)
- Solution-oriented approach to all problems.
- For self study programs, tied up with PluralSight.
- One certification is preferred every year, to match the pace of employees with frequently changing demands of the IT sector.
- Performance bonus is disbursed based on individual performance. Even average performers get a justified bonus amount. Its not flatly deducted as bigger MNc(s).
- Appraisals are also justified.
- Yearly awards are provided to top talent.
- Quarterly evaluation is done. This provides a chance to all employees, for improving at a faster pace.
- No transport facility. Every coin has 2 sides. Organization has its offices in central locations. Commuting through personal and local transport is convenient. Company doesn't enforce any employee to board a cab at 7:30 AM and reach office by 9:00 AM. Of course, discipline is necessary. But, nothing is enforced on timings.
- Noida campus has common cafeteria, where good facility for breakfast, lunch and snacks was available. Before lockdown, my favourites had been Chole Bhature, shakes and Paneer Sandwich.
Cons
- Training programs are not extensive as bigger MNC(S)
- Work is more, due to high customer demands. Can be balanced with good time management.
- Less workforce in IT and HR. More follow up is required. Have to push your own boundaries, for getting things done.
