- Bonus and commissions plans are constantly being changed. Management frequently reminds employees that bonuses are given on a discretionary basis which gives them the right to change the rules even retroactively. Last year, some of my colleagues were affected by a retroactive action on commissions and had to give money back. Last year again, the yearly bonus was paid to Tel Aviv eligible team members on the condition that all employees (even those who did not qualify for the bonus) would sign a contract amendment which had nothing to do with the bonus.
- Human resources management is terrible. Employee's well being is not a priority. There is no HR manager, thus no one to talk to.
- No commercial strategy.
- No opportunity for growth within the company. Almost all of the managers position are taken by people who have been in the company for 10+ years.
- Low base salary and low commissions
