Real challenges, possibility to work on various topics with embedded software, hardware, backend and mobile app teams. People are smart, care about the product they are building, and innovate all the time.
Cons
As in all startups, the downside is you need to be involved. You have to find solutions and find them fast ! But work/life balance is good anyway.
