      Good pay with poor growth and awful management

      good pay (for the amount of work) easy straight forward. not much critical thinking just mundane work

      Cons

      no growth awful co workers (common saying around the office is we get payed not for the work but to keep up with our co-workers) Bad office in general: the office was a run-down building with no drinking water, so we had to walk across to another building to get water awful management: they clearly had favourites. Management will not help you; they will ignore you until you make a mistake.
