Pros

The title will impress future employers. You learn to problem solve and fix things on your own with no guidance.

Cons

This company is a joke; The last review got deleted even though it was very helpful to some. Apparently, exposing shady business practices is a trade secret. who would have known… Straight out of college students are lured in with the job title "Supply Chain Associate," but in reality, they're going to be nothing but a warehouse worker making $18hr; there are warehouses that will pay their workers more than this. Don't waste your degree with this company. It shouldn't come as a surprise that they don't ask for your transcripts or degree. The culture is TOXIC! There is a tremendous amount of favoritism. Only those who become buds with upper management actually have a chance to succeed. Very little to no training at all, and when you mess up they will come screaming in your face and make you feel incompetent, and that's when they will go and try to show you how to do it right.

Just don't do it

Pros

- You'll meet tons of other people who you'll make friends with - You'll get experience in many different aspects in and out of the warehouse - Surprisingly the healthcare options are great

Cons

- Everything else. I know it looks enticing being a newly grad or you need a job... the website shows robots, clean warehouses, friendly faces, but it's not even close. There are no robots, forklifts are old and falling apart, the amount of politics is astounding, and the pay is not competitive. - Favoritism. As others have said, if you're not a favorite, it doesn't matter how much knowledge or experience you have, you're not moving anywhere. - You will work 50-60 hours a week until you're burned out. - I've watched entire project management and warehouse teams for a market resign or find other jobs.

Pros

Coworkers were pleasant Outings were fun Ability to move up quickly

Cons

This environment was not friendly for women, as most truckers were sexist and inconsiderate of women. Women will usually end of getting harassed if working in the back of the warehouse or near the docks. They had a "program" for women, but it is run but some extremely religious woman who doesn't even call herself a feminist, which is an embarrassment to any program that is supporting women in supply chain. I almost laughed when I heard this. Allios has potential, but many of the workers are underpaid with the amount of workloads. The days start at 7am and usually go to 5-6pm. Depending on your location you get paid differently. Try your best to stay on hourly so you can get compensated for overtime. Management was not good. My boss was only a year older than me and would not give me positive reassurance or listen to my complaints. I had other bosses that took me more seriously, which I appreciated. My coworkers helped me lots getting through the day. Turnover rate was extremely high, everyone quit. Absolutely exhausting on your mental health.
