Straight out of college students are lured in with the job title "Supply Chain Associate," but in reality, they're going to be nothing but a warehouse worker making $18hr; there are warehouses that will pay their workers more than this. Don't waste your degree with this company. It shouldn't come as a surprise that they don't ask for your transcripts or degree. The culture is TOXIC! There is a tremendous amount of favoritism. Only those who become buds with upper management actually have a chance to succeed. Very little to no training at all, and when you mess up they will come screaming in your face and make you feel incompetent, and that's when they will go and try to show you how to do it right.
