Unfortunately, working for Eclipsys feels like working for an very average company with average coworkers. While they tend to be competant very few employees actually stand out and in general there is a lack of passion for the work they do. Poor communication makes things worse the organization would benefit greatly from better colaboration between the many geograpically diverse development groups.
