Employees scream at each other with no repercussions Bonus targets are almost impossible to hit because no money is put into acquiring new leads, you’ll be calling 10 year old leads that have been called over 50 times already Horrible script that you’re expected to follow verbatim More than 80% of the employees are felons, some with violent records

Pros

Great job for starting in home-improvement sales. The employees and management are all close knit and it has a family type feel. The pay is very competitive if you put in the effort. You get what you give in this job, and it is a great way to get your foot in the door. A home improvement company being around 27 years says enough!

Cons

There can be some long days of work but it definitely pays off. There is not much room for growth within the company, but it is a great way to start a career in home improvement.

Cons

Door-to-door sales for windows of all things is a bad idea to begin with... let alone the poor training you received. Extremely high turnover rate due to that and poor training.
