One of the most significant advantages of this sales role is the earning potential,it’s not uncommon to make upwards of $12,000 per month. The commission structure is among the best in the industry, offering strong incentives for high performance. Additionally, management support is outstanding. Scott, in particular, is always available to provide guidance and answer any questions, creating a supportive and collaborative environment. The training program is exceptional as well. It emphasizes continuous learning and skill development, ensuring you’re always growing and staying sharp in your role.

The only potential drawback is the slower pace of the role. If you prefer to stay constantly busy throughout the day, this position may not be the right fit. Typically, you’re assigned two leads per day, often located close to home, which means you’ll have a significant amount of free time between appointments.

I love my job!! Owner is a wonderful, respectful person! Awesome man to work for. The management team are cool, down to earth people. Everyone here has integrity, which isn't easily found anymore. I believe they all actually care about you as a person, not just another employee who can be replaced. We all get our work done but also have a good time. Laid back environment with performance along with customer satisfaction being our #1 goal!! I absolutely love working here...work life balance with this company is more then 5 STARS, way more!! We all would love to have a work dog, cat, just some kind of animal, within reason here in the office!! We were told no!! OMG, and role playing, ABSOLUTELY HATE DOING IT!! :)
