- management level are all talkers who has no direction, no respect for anyone. CEO flaunts his new cars and C-level all go on multiple business trips every week when the company is strict on budget. (Doubt they are flying economy) - changes direction every hour and the key goal of the year is to cut resources and save money (while they are flying all over the place) - 2 years in and still does not have a solid product - Goal Setting 4 times a year is a waste of time
