No concrete product concept and direction despite over a year of operations. Hiring too many consultants with no relevant expertise or technical skill sets. All they can do are fancy PowerPoint decks. Later hiring other consultants (Mckinsey) to come in and consult on how the company can run more efficiency. With no value add as well. The irony… Essentially a corporate dinosaur trying to pretend they’re a start up. Thank god for funding from AIA. We are an Insurtech, but yet we have people who don’t understand insurance or tech leading the product teams.
