If you want to spend your time at a company where managers don’t listen to a thing you say, where people are fired without explanation and where you are lied to your face daily, work here. People are given positions of power due to their seniority in the company, not their knowledge or skill. The company needs to grow and could do well but unfortunately cannot under such poor leadership. The director is an absolute joke who is constantly out of office, has nothing to contribute on projects and spends every moment crafting pathetic scare tactics to attempt to hold power over you. Not to mention he spends every meeting texting on his phone and then comes to you later to catch up (so he can act like he knows what is going on). IT is absolute chaos as management cannot seem to train the team quick enough before they all quit (or are fired). There is essentially no HR presence and PTO and healthcare are very average.

The owners were not "good" people. Hostile environment with processes that were for "show". Management uses their employees as scapegoats. This is the perfect example of a company being reflective of their owners.
