Pros
I worked with Ancor for around 8 months. It was not a bad place the IT director at the time was a nice enough guy. The company has a decent culture people that work there are smart seem to know what they where doing. The benefits are decent good 401k match and ok health insurance.
Cons
The software that runs this company is as old as I am and they are working to update it but it will be years before that can happen so as with most manufacturing companies if your the dev on call be prepared to get calls at 7 that last into the late hours in the night.They are not super helpful to newer devs if you ask alot of questions they can/will sour on you fast.Being a manufacturing company if you make one mistake it really can cost you your job.
