      Pros

Many pros however the first that come to mind are: - The continuous support in learning and development both as a new starter and throughout your career - The community feel of not only your direct team but the rest of the office and business nationally - Fun incentives and activities from qtr wrap ups, billers lunch, xmas party, sports day etc. - Inclusive business - always including staff for their opinions on how to better the organisation and what can be done differently/better - Control over your own desk without micromanagement but management are there to help whenever needed - also the freedom for you to have a say on what desk you do - Not traditional sales/KPI focus, all KPIs are personalised to each desk to reflect a realistic target - Attractive comms - Good name in the market

      Cons

Not many - Covid obviously made things harder but we all got through it

The only agency I'd ever return to

      Pros

I originally worked for TAP for over three years, progressing from Consultant and getting promoted three times into my final role as Associate Director. I left to move into internal recruitment, but when my role was terminated due to COVID-19, I returned to TAP in the middle of the pandemic. The tools and support are there for you to perform from day one for those with the right attitude. TAP genuinely has: - the best commission structure for temp Recruiters in the market; you get the same earning potential / commission scheme as your perm counterparts. There is also no negative carry forward, so you start each quarter afresh. - a strong brand presence and client coverage across the insurance / accounting space that you can leverage. - the flexibility to work a reduced week that is extended to all employees. - passionate leaders who want their Consultants to excel. - an outputs driven environment, where high performance is recognised and rewarded.

      Cons

Computers in the Sydney office are a little outdated and could do with updating e.g. providing laptop to Consultants that you can dock to any computer with dual screens and make it easier to work from home. Phones in the office are also connected to your computer, so if no-one is logged on, there is no way for candidates / clients to leave messages and calls can be missed.
