      There is nothing good about this company

      Cons

      Unethical, treat employees terribly, micro management trying to suck life out of everyone. Sub prime lenders that are bottom feeders

      Pros

      The pay was decent. The food in the cafe was pretty good. Close to Starbucks and Wegmans.

      Cons

      Extreme micro management, you are not allowed to think for yourself. The COO is not qualified for his job and isn't sure what he is doing. The CEO is way too involved in the day to day processes of the bank.
