Freedom to do job, high bonuses.

Rates a little high, but ok.

Good experience. Get a bonus (not big, but nevertheless you get one). Not too demanding in terms of work-life balance.

No remote. No flex time. Benefits were not great (no 401k match). Pay is not competitive. No training (usually coming in because someone else left). No employee retention efforts. Business dress (even on Fridays). Family owned, so whatever they say goes. Reviews not performed on time. No discipline for people who don't do their jobs. Old technology and systems. No direct deposit unless you open account there. Most management has no experience working anywhere else. Located in a very busy area. Expect to have to drive in on snow days.
