Pros
The company has great benefits. The work space is typically very friendly with plenty of social interaction within and outside of work. You often get to travel all over the country for work.
Cons
At certain times the travel can be excessive. Raises typically are a set percentage going from one level to another, so if you don't negotiate your salary well at the start you can be stuck. Being a smaller company there is not a ton of room for growth within the company.
