Pros
I enjoyed the variety in my work. I never had a set curriculum, I just ended up helping where needed. This provided an opportunity to work under many different people, and gain experience with many projects and processes within each. I found that this was very much a position where you get out what you put in.
I also really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere, as it was a very small company (around 30 employees in my office, and 50 nation-wide). So there were often company lunches and cookouts that were lots of fun!
Cons
My experience did not include as much travel as I was lead to believe during my interview process, although it is based on the projects happening and their timeline so there is no standard you should expect. I also thought that finding summer housing on my own was quite the hassle, but it is located in a college town so summer subleases are nice.
