They don't seem to care about employees

Pros

The work we do here is great, good leadership, and a positive atmosphere that encourages you to grow in your role.

Cons

Outside of your base salary and medical there isn't much effort put into benefits for corporate employees. There are very few team building activites/get togethers, no 401k, no bonuses, no formal raises, no summer fridays or wellness days, extremely limited holiday calendar, no stipends or incentives, and pay for corporate employees is very much below average range. It's been more than enough time for leadership to care about these issues and put changes into place.

Pros

There are lots of opportunities for this company to grow. There is a lot of work to do but the pace of that work is steady. Also it's a nice group of people that work there.

Cons

While the team is nice when I was there I saw a lack of strategic team members. AptDeco could benefit by adding employees that are strategic minded.
