Pros

Good global footprint. Good revenue

Cons

Directors are focused solely on hiring contractors and some administrative work, with little consideration given to empowering full time employees or investing in their growth and development. Certain individuals receive preferential treatment based on personal relationships rather than merit or performance.

Pros

Good leave policy and fairly latest tech stacks to work on.

Cons

This used to be a good place to work, but the culture started shifting a few years ago and became worse after separating from RSA. The engineering director, senior director, and product director in the Bangalore office are now running the company without any vision, primarily for their personal gain. Some people receive a 0% hike, even after putting in significant efforts, and the management provides unreasonable excuses for this. This company could be revived if a company-wide survey were conducted and actions were taken based on employee feedback. It requires a proper cleansing at the management level. There's not a single good leader in the management team, which has resulted in the tarnishing of the company's culture and vision. They are focused on playing politics and micromanaging for their own growth. Employees are suffering from low pay, a hectic workload, and a toxic work culture. Even though it's a product-based company, the work culture feels more like that of a service-based start-up. Some colleagues aren't smart enough to do their own work but constantly judge others and point out mistakes in their work. Politics exists at every level of the company. There's a lot of favoritism and gender pay disparity within the company that's happening internally without the knowledge of global leadership. If you know how to play politics and work your way up, this is the place for you. However, if you want to actually work and be rewarded for the efforts you put in, DO NOT JOIN!
