      A dynamic work environment

      Pros

      This is a fantastic job for an architect. You really feel like your contribution makes a major difference as you work on a range of projects, especially in the retail and hospitality industries. Your experience collaborating with highly skilled professionals every day will go a long way in developing your skill set as a capable architect.

      Cons

      I have no qualms with the business. I do however have qualms when it comes to customer interactions. They can often times be pushy, rude, and downright nasty. Always service with a smile, unfortunately.

      Pros

      Besides working in a comfortable environment filled with friendly people, I appreciated how close everything is to our location. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Free food served occasionally which is pretty awesome.

      Cons

      A common theme across firms that offer architectural systems is heavy workloads. The same is true here at ASI.

      Pros

      The work is tough, but if you’re ready to put in the work you can really excel at ASI. My co-workers have always been a pleasure to work with. We’re very tasked oriented, which keeps teams in proper order. It is an immense pleasure to work here.

      Cons

      Let’s focus on communication between management and staff. Sometimes it feels like we’re not heard nearly enough.
