Pros
Management is excellent, available, and hard working. The technical team is hands down the best in the region. Employees are given adequate training and accompaniment, but also ample freedom and personal responsibility.
Cons
None stood out for me.

Staff is great and easy to get along with. Job is challenging and I get to learn new things. Clients are enjoyable to work with.
Cons
Having to work after hours for client emergencies.
