      Pros

      Benefits but incentives are an illusion considering the saturated customer base.

      Cons

      Worst for Sales role in India. Existing customers have matured. No business as such, its like digging holes in the ground to search water. New customers are hardly there. You will be reviewed 10 times a week. No scope of achieving the targets unless you are very very very very lucky. Internal operations are a big chaos, old school technology. Funny to see a technology company in tatters in adopting technology in its internal operations. Highly inefficient operations. (bureaucratic) And Lastly messed up work-life balance.
