Pros

Good colleagues, good product, good vision

Cons

Remote people are going to be asked to come to office since remote people dont have families, kids that goto school in their current location and were hired on a remote basis without any location. Incentive to move one month salary that can bearly take care of 2-3 months rent in urban locations. No consideration for families. Disgusts me to the core that they treat their employees as slaves. I am going to search for other opportunities . Worst work life balance if you are a developer. Company does not care about you.

Pros

- Flexible leaves - WFA Policy (Although its days are short lived)

Cons

- Bad engineering leadership: The leadership has created a toxic culture, frequently talking about "A-players" and giving the impression that the company originally lacked talent until the VP brought in A-players. - Constant role changes: In the Engineering department, roles are constantly shifting, with new positions being created every few months, causing confusion and instability within the team. - Lack of understanding of workplace diversity: The engineering leadership fails to recognize that their methods may not work for everyone in the company. They try to impose practices rooted in Indian corporate culture, which is often considered toxic, across the entire organization, disregarding the need for a more inclusive and adaptable approach.
